30 Days of Joy in April 2010

Okay people, I am back in action for the Army of Angels!
My newest project is a Photo Blog, and my first venture is in support of the Angela Shelton Foundation.

I'm calling this project 30 Days of Joy, because in April I will be posting 30 photos - one for each day of the month - representing joy or healing. I will also be collecting donations in the form of sponsorship for this project, to give to the Angela Shelton Foundation.

In case you don't know, the Angela Shelton Foundation supports survivors of sexual assault, abuse, and violence and helps them to lead joyful lives through various projects promoting awareness and well-being. Among these are the Survivor Manual, and the Army of Angels!

If this works well, I plan to use my new Photo Blog for other projects in support of human rights... social justice... and other worthy causes.

My new site is called LaceyValaine: PhotoBlog for Change, and can be found at www.pbandchange.weebly.com

Please visit and sign up today to sponsor me for 30 Days of Joy!

And don't forget to tell your friends!

Thanks for your help,
~LaceyValaine

Donate to Help Hatians

To donate $10 to the American Red Cross, text Haiti to 90999. The amount will be added to your next phone bill. The organization is also accepting donations through its International Response Fund, www.redcross.org

(I just had time for a quick post right now... I copied this info from the Alaska Daily News, www.adn.com. This is a great, and simple way, to help out with the disaster relief in Haiti. $10 is hardly anything to one average American, but if we all chipped in... what a difference we can make!)
